Homemade Ragi Kanji for baby in Tamil | Baby food recipes | Ragi porridge for 6 month baby. Ragi kanji is rich in vitamin B, Iron and folic acid and it very much useful for baby's growth.
Below are the steps to make Ragi kanji.
Take 4 spoon of whole Ragi and soak for at least 5 to 8 hours
Grind the soaked Ragi and extract milk from that.
Repeat the same step for three times.
Place a pan over the stove and pour half tumbler of water and make it boil.
Add Ragi milk gradually and stir till it become jelly like consistence.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
You will get healthy and tasty Ragi kanji for baby.
